The Naked Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use Naked's products and services, including our privacy practices that are specific to Naked.

1. Definitions used in this Privacy Statement
In this Privacy Statement:
Naked means Naked Limited, an English company, with company number 05921574 and registered address 20-22 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4JS;
Services means any products or services provided to You by Naked from time to time or accessible through the Naked Website (consisting of, but not limited to personal, friends’, groups, Naked hubbubs, forums, channels, and Naked client applications) as further defined in the Terms of Use governing the use of the Naked Website and Services set out at the Naked Website;
Naked Website means www.getnaked.com or such other of our websites from which You access or use the Naked Services;
You means You, and anyone else approved by Naked who accesses the Naked Website or any of our Services with your permission through your equipment;
Your Information means any personal information collected, stored and/or processed by Naked, whether by way of feedback or any communication by or with you and including any addressing information, registration, billing, call ID, information described in paragraph 2, or other information relating to the software or services that you use or access.
General
Naked (or its third party service providers) requires You to provide to Naked certain personal data relating to You which is collected and processed for a number of reasons including: a) provision of our Services, including registration, transmission and invoicing b) receipt of communications between You and third parties; c) our marketing activities; and d) all credit and other financial checks in relation to Your payment for Services. In doing so, Naked considers Your privacy to be important and Naked is therefore committed to ensuring that Your Information is appropriately protected.
It may be necessary to amend the provisions of this Privacy Statement and Naked reserves the right to do so if it deems any modification to be necessary. You will be informed of any changes to this Privacy Statement by publication of the revised Privacy Statement at the Naked Website. Any amendments to the Privacy Statement will be effective within [30] days of such publication or if earlier immediately on acceptance by you by clicking the appropriate "accept" button.
The Naked Website contains links to other websites. Naked does not control their content and does not accept responsibility or any liability arising from Your use of them. It is likely that they will have privacy policies which differ to this Privacy Statement and it is therefore important to review the privacy policies of other websites to ensure that your personal details and information are properly protected.
2. Your Information
The types of information Naked collects include:
information used in setting up your user profile, that is, information which will be shared with other Naked users based on your choice;
personal details required to register You as a user (for example, your email address or mobile phone number);
details used to verify your identity (Note: these will be provided to third party banks or payment service providers to verify your creditworthiness and to bill you for use of the Services);
personal data or friends, based upon your desire to invite other to join Naked, provided as part of our feedback process (for example, their email addresses and names);
certain passive information (being certain information which is generated automatically and used on an aggregated level for statistical and other operational purposes);
traffic data, in order to transmit or other convey calls or data through telecommunication networks.
Using Your Information
Your Information is used to provide the Services. It will also be used for subscribing to Services, providing technical assistance, facilitating payments and enforcing any terms which may form part of the legal agreement between You and Naked.
Other important points that You should note in relation to the use of Your Information:
Personally identifiable information received by Naked collected from any feedback will not be used without Your express permission;
Information collected and stored which relates to third parties (for example, e-mail addresses) will be respected in the same way as Your Information;
For the protection of your privacy, Naked will not send unsolicited messages other than information relating to technical faults, service matters, or any matters arising from your use of, or relevant to your involvement in, the Services;
Your ID, login information and information used for payment and billing services is particularly sensitive information. It is Your responsibility to ensure that this information is kept safely.
We will use email, instant messaging or telephone ( as appropriate) to notify you of faults and issues relating to Services and to inform you of service developments or new services. If you do not wish to be informed in this way, contact us at the Naked Website or other Naked hubbub. In any event Naked reserves the right to use email, IM or telephone to notify you of claims relating to Your use of Services.
Naked may transfer cookies to your computer’s hard drive to enable Naked’s system to recognise your browser. Naked also uses cookies to gather information relating to use of the Naked website. If you wish to prevent the receipt of or disable cookies we would suggest that you consult the help option on the toolbar of your browser. If you disable cookies some of our Services may not be available to you.
Transferring Your Information
Naked will not, without your express permission or as set out below, transfer (that is, sell, lease or generally trade) any of Your Information or any information that is transferred between users of Services, unless it is obliged to do so by law or by order of any competent authority.
In some circumstances, Naked may transfer or share Your Information with:
other companies in the same group as Naked (“Affiliates”)
Affiliates, partners or service providers outside the EU, where Your Information may be stored and processed. By your use of the Services you consent to any such transfer, storage and processing outside your country and outside the EU.

any potential or actual third party purchaser of Naked or any Affiliate or their respective businesses. Your Information may be transferred as an asset of the relevant business.
third party service providers and/or agents e.g. traffic data transferred to telecommunication network operators;
third party banks and payment service providers
Note: If required by law or legally requested by a crime fighting organisation to install monitoring or wire tapping equipment or to make available traffic data or personal data Naked will provide all assistance and information necessary to meet that requirement or request.
Removing and Amending the Contents of Your Information
Naked will retain Your Information as long as may be necessary to provide Services to You, to deal with any claims or issues arising in relation to Your use of and access to Services, (including invoicing), and enforce any terms or contract that we may have with You, to perform permitted marketing activities and comply with all applicable laws, regulations and orders by any competent authority.
If you wish to view, amend, update or remove Your Information please contact Naked at the Naked Website. Subject to verification of your identity Naked will within a reasonable time fulfil your request provided that Naked shall not be obliged to do anything that is not in compliance with all applicable laws, rules or orders of any competent court or authority.
